Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our products (Kemei, Dingling, Remington, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other digital payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Verification: For high-value orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Call for order verification before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3-5 working days. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any "Free Shipping" promotions are subject to specific order value criteria.
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and active contact number.

7-Day Check Warranty: We offer a 7-day replacement warranty if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.) intact.
Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products like used epilators, shavers, or inner-wear cannot be returned once opened unless they have a technical manufacturing defect.
Refunds: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

ZaraqPK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased by you will meet your personal expectations, though we strive for excellence.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
